Andrews is a Lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He was also awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship Program for Advanced Scholars at the University of New Brunswick, Canada, where he researched entrepreneurial marketing and business strategy. He is also a certified business coach from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Milan and E4Impact Foundation.
As the West Africa Coordinator for E4Impact Foundation, He is committed to promoting entrepreneurship for impact in the region. He is a leading entrepreneurship trainer and has vast research, teaching, and professional experience in Ghana, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Italy, Senegal, and Canada.
